International Cultural Foundation UART is announcing a young artists contest. Artists working in the fields of painting, graphics, sculpture and photography are called to apply for educational scholarship to study at National School of Fine Arts in Paris (Ecole des Arts Plastiques de Paris) or other school at the winner’s choice. The 20 000 EUR scholarship includes tuition, living, and other expenses related to the Program. 

UART Foundation will assisst the Contest winner in the selection of school, form of study (evening classes, 6 or 9 months educational programs, international residency for artists in Paris (Cité internationale des arts de Paris), or an internship at the studios of famous French painters, sculpturers or photographers) (term of the inernship is determined on individually basis).

The winner will also have an opportunity to exhibit his or her works in the galleries owned by contest judges.
