Artcult foundation has become an Art partner of the first contemporary art project in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ukraine.
Pavlo Klimkin, Minister of Foreign affairs: "Art has the power of changing people and the world around them. Today, like never before, we need changes, we strive for them. and want art to help us with this. "Power Verticals. Plywood Colonnades" , an exhibition of contemporary Ukrainian art, is the catalyst of changes in the perception of Ukraine by foreigners who will be visiting MFA. It will also changes perceptions of Ukrainian diplomats whose brand new neighbors will be the works of talented Ukrainian artists.
Maidan was the reason behind genuine artistic outburst. Cultural diplomacy will convert it into strengthening Ukraine's position in the world. We are reforming mechanisms of representation of Ukrainian art abroad in accordance with international best practices. Maidan also was the last stop on the "Post-Soviet Ukraine" line. We are confident that Ukrainians have transferred to a new line-"New Europen Ukraine".
